Capital Vacations Club™ Owner Services Contact Information

844-777-CLUB, follow the prompts to select your membership level and speak to a Vacation Specialist.
We respond to all inquiries on a first come, first served basis as quickly as possible through an organized ticketing system. Our service goal is to resolve each inquiry with the first reply.

If you are a first time user or existing user and have forgotten your password, visit, click the "forgot password" link and enter your 6 digit Owner ID. A message with instructions on how to create an account or reset your password will then be sent to the email address we have on file.

If you have recently changed your email address or would like to provide an email to gain access to the Capital Vacations' member section, please call 844-777-CLUB to speak with a Vacation Specialist.
It is a 6 digit number, separate from your contract number. If you do not know or cannot locate your Owner ID, please call owner services at 844-777-CLUB to obtain this information.


Capital Preferred Exchange Network (CPEN)

Capital Preferred Exchange Network is our preferred exchange partner, Interval International, which gives members vacation access to over 10,000 destinations worldwide.
Our partnership with Interval International is a club membership, to book please contact Interval International at 888-670-9637, exchange fees may apply. Just have your date range and location choices available and they will do the rest.
Contact Interval International at 888-670-9637. Depending on the timing, you may be entitled a refund of your exchange fee or be required to forfeit your paid exchange fee and in some cases forfeit your Capital Points™.
Yes. There are short stay options, but numbers are limited, subject to availability and require a $159.00 exchange fee (fees subject to change without advance notice). Please contact Interval International at 888-670-9637 to discuss your options with a Vacation Specialist.



Each year, annual maintenance fees are due 30 days after billing. Generally, they are billed in October for the next use year.
The simplest way to make a payment is by contacting Capital Vacations Club owner services at 844-777-CLUB.

45 days after the down payment on your contract has been paid in full. After that, they are due annually on that date. These club dues are not optional, they are to support your Capital Vacations Club membership.
Capital Lifestyles is a select membership program that allows Capital Vacations Club members access to select resort partners, hotels, car rentals, cruise lines and local and travel destination discounts. Capital Lifestyles benefits are subject to change anytime and without notice.
Capital Lifestyles is billed 45 days after your date of purchase and after that annually on each anniversary date.
No, as outlined in the Capital Vacations Club Rules and Regulations (provided to you via CD) maintenance fees, club dues and mortgage related fees must be current to make a reservation.

Getaways are discounted weeks through Capital Vacations' partners. Accommodations are subject to availability. Prices can be as low as $199 a week and can average $499.
Getaways can be booked by contacting Interval International at 888-670-9637.
The use year for the Capital Points™ you are borrowing must be current on Club Dues, Maintenance Fees, and mortgage payments if applicable. If maintenance fees have not yet been billed for that year, Capital Vacations Club member services will estimate these fees and any differences in the final billing will be adjusted. Borrowed Capital Points™ retain their original expiration date. To borrow Capital Points™, please contact Capital Vacations Club member services at 727-202-9820.
