Owner Login Help
We have designed our Owner Login application to be as easy as possible for our owners to use, however if you run into a problem or aren't quite sure where to go to do something, we have compiled a list of help topics below. If you are still having problems, please feel free to contact Owner Services at 844-777-CLUB.
▪ Login Overview
To get to the login screen, click "Owner Login" at the top of any page on the site. You will use the email you provided at the time of purchase as your username. If you don't know your username or temporary password, call Owner Services at 844-777-CLUB. Once you log in for the first time, you can change your password under Security Settings. Below is an overview of the Owner Login application, hover over the blue dots for more information:
This is your Identification Number, you will need this when you call in so we can identify you.
This is the current number of points you have to make a reservation with.
Capital Lifestyles Level
If you have Capital Lifestyles, this represents which level you have based on the number of points you own.
View your Capital Points history, Fees & Payment history, currently due fees, and Book a Reservation.
Edit Personal Information
Change your address, phone numbers and email preferences here.
Edit Security Settings
Change your username and password. You can also set security questions/answers for added security.
Current Account Balance
View your current account balance at a glance. Click on Details to go to the Fees & Payments page to make a payment.
Current Pending Reservations
View any pending reservations. Click on the Details button to go to Booking & Reservations where you can get your confirmation number, print a confirmation or cancel a reservation.
For security reasons, always log out when you are done using the Owner Login feature.

▪ Updating Your Personal Information
If you have a change of address or want to input a new phone number, you can do that by clicking the "Edit" button under "Personal Information". The popup will allow you to edit this information. Click "Submit" when you are done to save your changes.
▪ Changing Your Password
It is recommended that you change your password after your first login with the temporary password provided. If you do not know your temporary password, contact Owner Services at 844-777-CLUB and they will provide you with one. To change your password, click the "Edit" button under "Security Settings". Enter your old password first and then your new password. Re-enter the new password again for confirmation and click "Submit".
▪ Viewing Your Points Balance and Use Year
The Points Management section allows you to find both your current points balance and your current Use Year. You will also see a ledger of your points activity and history. Points purchase credits, reservation debits and other information will be displayed here.
▪ Checking Your Balance and Making Payments
The Fees & Payments section will show you your financial information to date. You can get your current balance, make a payment and see a ledger of your previous activity such as club dues, maintenance fees, payments made and more.
To make a payment, click on the "Make A Payment" button at the top right of the screen (This button will not be visible if you have a $0 balance). A popup box will appear indicating the total amount you owe and a field for you to enter your desired payment amount. Enter your payment amount and click "Credit Card Info" to enter your card information. When done, click "Process Payment". You will receive a confirmation number.
▪ Cancelling A Pending Reservation
If you have a pending reservation that you want to cancel, go to "View Your Reservations" under the "Booking & Reservations" section. You will see a list of your past and pending reservations and their details. Click the "Cancel" button for the reservation you want to cancel. A popup will ask you to confirm your decision, click "Cancel" and the points will automatically be credited back to your points balance.
