Introducing Points Protection℠

We are pleased to announce the launch of Points Protection℠. Starting in November 2016, all Club reservations can be canceled or rescheduled without penalty within 10 days of booking, for any reason. Club reservations that are canceled or rescheduled outside of the 10 day window will be subject to a points charge unless you have purchased Points Protection℠.

Here's How It Works

  1. Once a reservation is made, you have 10 days in which to cancel or reschedule with no points charge.
  2. If you have purchased the Points Protection℠, you can cancel or reschedule any time for the respective vacation.
  3. If you have not purchased the Points Protection℠, your reservation is subject to a points charge that ranges from 30%-90% of the point value of your reservation. The closer to the date of arrival, the greater the points charge that will be assessed.
  4. Points Protection℠ Pricing: $19 per day or $99 per vacation, whichever is less.
