Exclusive Amenities Await
Imagine sipping lemonade in the shade while watching the kids swim in the pool, enjoying a home cooked meal with fresh vegetables and herbs picked from our garden and witnessing the beautiful sunset as you roast marshmallows over the fire pit. The Lodges at Table Rock Lake is the only resort in Branson where families can enjoy such an exclusive vacation experience.
Offering panoramic views of the lake from a secluded area in the Ozark Mountains, guests staying at The Lodges at Table Rock Lake love becoming one with nature in a serene wilderness setting. Often times, wildlife can be spotted grazing on the property, so you never know when you might see a flock of turkeys crossing the road. The uniqueness of this vacation spot is enhanced by the fact that it is located only a few miles from Table Rock Lake and within walking distance to one of Branson’s hottest attractions – Silver Dollar City.
Guests at The Lodges at Table Rock Lake enjoy spacious floor plans, luxury accommodations and unlimited in-room conveniences while vacationing in our deluxe 4 bedroom cabins or 1 and 2 bedroom wilderness lodges.
This spring, Capital Resorts Group initiated a resort-wide project to expand on the already abundant amenities available to guests around the clubhouse.
Just a few weeks ago, owners, guests and Capital ResortsTM team members celebrated the unveiling of the new amenities at a ribbon cutting ceremony held at the clubhouse. Attendees gathered to listen as the CEO and Vice President guided them on a tour of the resort. They explained to the group the family history of the company and the caring thoughts that went into the planning and implementation of the design.
One thing that everyone is especially excited about are the raised gardens located in front of the clubhouse. Last year was the first year we planted an herb and vegetable garden exclusively for our guests! The initiative was such a hit that we decided to do it again this year. Guests love being able to pick their own fresh produce to prepare meals in their fully-equipped kitchen.
This spring, we planted 5 different types of tomato plants, 2 types of okra, cucumber, green, red and yellow peppers, jalapeños, chili peppers, banana peppers and green beans. For the herbs we chose a variety including rosemary, sage, thyme, cilantro, mint, chives, parsley and basil.
Guests staying at the property are already enjoying our recently implemented program known as Distinct DifferencesTM. The initiative was specifically designed to help our owners feel comfortable and rejuvenated when vacationing with us. Some of the features of the Distinct DifferencesTM Program include: all new luxurious bedding with triple sheeting standards, supportive gel pillows and plush duvets with covers; state-of-the-art Smart TV’s and Bluetooth compatible sound systems, an exclusive South American coffee blend and a deluxe Italian toiletry collection.
At Capital ResortsTM, these are just a few of the special touches used to create an unforgettable vacation experience for our guests, which keeps them coming back time and time again – especially to see what exciting, new luxuries we have added since their last visit!
Patricia L. of South Carolina: “Although many vacationers may come to Branson for all the many – truly spectacular shows – the main attraction for me has been the mountain serenity. It is surely ‘healing’ to be away from the fast pace of city life.“
Mary Ann of Lee’s Summit, MO: “We love coming to The Lodges at Table Rock Lake. It has a lot of area attractions including the beautiful landscaping, pool and playground area. The staff is wonderful to work with – so helpful with any questions you many have. It’s also just a great place to relax!”
Situated along a 62 mile stretch of Mississippi coastline, Biloxi overlooks the breathtaking waters of the Gulf Coast. This alluring city is only a short distance from Ocean Springs, Gulfport, Pass Christian, Pascagoula and 90 miles from New Orleans, the farthest distance of the other 4 destinations. There is an endless list of reasons why travelers choose to visit Biloxi including the beautiful coastline, interesting attractions, delicious food and late night casinos. The city has become a popular vacation destination year-round, perfect for a weekend getaway with friends during the winter to play at one of the many casinos or for a family vacation spent lounging on the beach during the summer. Biloxi has something for everyone!
Known as the world’s longest man-made beach, the beautiful Biloxi coastline consists of a 26 mile stretch. Visitors are instantly drawn to the pristine water and white sandy beaches that seem to extend forever against the horizon. Running parallel to the ocean, Beach Boulevard offers visitors scenic views and easy access to the Gulf all the way across the Mississippi Coast. The waters are predominantly tranquil, thanks to the five barrier islands located just 11 miles off shore, which act as a shield for larger waves. This feature makes it ideal for a relaxing day on the beach, especially for those with children. There are also a number of charter boats readily available that take visitors on an excursion out to the islands where they can spend time exploring the history of each area, swimming, fishing, dolphin and bird watching, kayaking, sightseeing, shelling, sailing and much more.
Beyond water activities, Biloxi also has a number of other fun and interesting attractions. The area is known worldwide for designer golf courses by such renowned pros as Jack Nicklaus and Arnold Palmer. When visiting the area, golfers have their pick of exclusive, year-round courses that offer the perfect combination of natural beauty and competitive spirit.
If you are in the mood to be pampered, there are a number of elegant spas and salons that offer luxurious treatments like massages, facials, manicures and pedicures, light therapy, body wraps and much more. These services are ideal for a relaxing vacation!
As one of the oldest cities in the United States, Biloxi has endured a long, rich and diverse history since it was founded in 1699 by the French explorers, Pierre Le Moyne and Sieur d’Iberville. These timeworn influences can be found throughout the city and only add to its charm. For the history buffs, Beauvoir, the last home of former Confederate President Jefferson Davis is a must-see – from the interesting story and beautiful plantation-style mansion to the preserved artifacts and Presidential Library. The Ohr-O’Keefe Museum of Art, with its modern and extraordinary architecture, is another attraction that can’t be missed. The museum features studio classes, group tours, fun events and activities and a number of interesting exhibits, even works created by George Ohr the “Mad Potter of Biloxi.”
What can we say? Casinos! Casinos! Casinos! If you are looking to PLAY while visiting the area, there are 12 casino resorts scattered along the Biloxi coastline offering 24-hour access to the excitement. Visitors can enjoy slot machines, table games, poker rooms and high limit lounges with access to award-winning restaurants, bar and nightclubs – each one with a different, appealing atmosphere. Whether you are there to try your hand at a lucky game of Roulette or socialize in the lounge area, Biloxi’s casinos have it all!
Throughout Biloxi’s history it has been inhabited by several different countries, including France, England and Spain, each one leaving behind a part of their heritage. Nowhere are these influences more apparent than in their southern dishes fused with French, Spanish and Cajun styles that make up Biloxi’s diverse cuisine. With Biloxi’s prime location on the Mississippi Sound, life has always centered around the oceanic fare. For this reason the area boasts an abundance of treasured restaurants, each one unique in their own way, but always incorporating seafood into their authentic dishes. As Mississippi’s state shell, you’re going to want to sample their fresh and delicious oysters. Even if you think you won’t like them – trust us, it’s worth giving it a try!
What’s hot about My Hot Yoga? EVERYTHING!
Now OPEN! My Hot Yoga in Branson is offering classes for the mind, body and soul! You can’t get that from your regular workout at the gym! Plus, they are offering special rates for our Capital ResortsTM owners.
Classes include all different skill levels, from beginner classes like Deep Stretch, intermediate classes like Gentle Vinyasa to advanced classes like Hot 60 and Hot 75. If you’re new to yoga, don’t worry because each instructor can give modifications to go at your own pace. With classes offered every day of the week, it’s easy to fit a quick workout into your vacation schedule, like morning classes for the early risers, mid-day for those busy bees and catch an afternoon class before painting the town that evening.
Classes are taught around 104°. We know that sounds hot – and it is – but with only 35% humidity, it makes for a more friendly heat that is not overwhelming. Why hot yoga, do you ask? Because the heat not only helps detox and cleanse the body, but also assists in giving the muscles a much deeper stretch and reduces the chance of injury. It even helps tone, build flexibility and strengthen the body, all while burning between 400 to 600 calories per class. The benefits of yoga extend beyond just what it does for your physical appearance. Most participants gain valuable mental benefits from the relaxation and stress relief – which is important because of today’s demanding lifestyle.
If you think hot yoga is not for you, think again! Yoga is great for all ages and types of people, it doesn’t matter whether you are male or female, 20 years old or 80 years old, a runner or a couch potato – you owe it to yourself to give it a try.
How often can you safely do hot yoga? As much as every day, if you like – just make sure you stay hydrated! My Hot Yoga even offers a special introductory package of only $20 for 2 weeks of unlimited classes (great while on vacation) or take advantage of a special drop-in rate of only $8 per class for our owners.
What do you need to take a class? Just bring yourself dressed in breathable clothing that you feel comfortable sweating and stretching in, a bottle of water, a towel and a yoga mat, or rent one for $2.
Vacation is a time to have fun, indulge and relax – but you can still make time for yourself to stay fit and be healthy. You only have one body, so make sure you take care of it!

What is a Hospitality Specialist?
At Capital Resorts Group, we are constantly striving to create new and exciting services that will give our guests and owners a one-of-a-kind experience each time they vacation with us.
In order to do this, we recently implemented the Distinct DifferencesTM program to provide luxurious upgrades to those staying with us at select locations.
Within days of introducing the program, we began receiving positive feedback from owners and guests showing their excitement surrounding the new initiative.
To expand upon this program, throughout the year we are introducing a second phase of Distinct DifferencesTM which will include exclusive, butler-style services from our highly qualified Hospitality Specialists.
The role of a Hospitality Specialist is to enhance the vacation experience of each and every guest through their commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
Each knowledgeable specialist is responsible for engaging owners and guests throughout their stay in an unobtrusive way by welcoming them to their suite, fulfilling any requests, providing goods and services, coordinating vacation plans and reservations, delivering daily weather reports and so much more.
Also available at select Capital ResortsTM locations, we recently began our Distinct Energy Grocery Delivery Program. For added convenience, this program allows guests to order grocery packages from a pre-determined menu. Their Hospitality Specialist will then deliver the package they choose to their suite, to be waiting on them upon arrival.
Imagine traveling for several hours with your family. You just pulled into town and everyone is anxious to get to the resort, throw on their swimsuits and head down to the pool to swim and relax for an hour or two before bed. No one wants to delay the fun by stopping at the grocery store! Don’t worry, someone already took care of everything for you! You’re on vacation and that means spending time with your family, not spending time on those monotonous tasks of everyday life.
Capital ResortsTM is “Home to a million perfect momentsSM”. Most people measure vacations in days, yours will be measured in moments. We go above and beyond your expectations to ensure each and every guest has an unforgettable vacation experience.

100 Years of Celebrating Mom
Mother’s Day is a national holiday in the United States established to honor motherhood and maternal bonds on the second Sunday of May. It is a special day when sons, daughters and husbands can show the mothers in their life how much they appreciate them. After all, doesn’t she deserve it? I mean, she puts up with us the rest of the 364 days a year – unless it’s a Leap Year in which case she has an extra day tacked onto that!
This year at three of our Capital ResortsTM properties, The Lodges at Table Rock Lake in Branson, MO; Ocean View Vacation Villas in Biloxi, MS and The Lodges at The Great Smoky Mountain in Pigeon Forge, TN, we put together special gifts to honor all of the wonderful mothers staying with us on Mother’s Day weekend. Each gift consisted of carnations, a nice card and chocolates – which was either presented to the mother at check-in or was waiting in her suite.
Mother’s Day was first celebrated as a national holiday on May 9, 1914 after it was declared by President Woodrow Wilson as a day to publicly show mothers the appreciation they deserve. That means Mother’s Day turned 100 this year!
We hope all of the nurturing women around the world lucky enough to be called “Mom” had a Happy Mother’s Day this year!
